Are Organization Admin's supposed to be able to buy new LinkedIn accounts within any workspace?

Yes, I have a team member Nix who can't seem to get past the Add with Link option. When she clicks that option and clicks the purchase option displayed after with the prorated price, nothing happens. That pricing modal just closes. It works fine for me but I'm also the org owner.
